Philip joined Valufinder in 2005 and is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in facilitating transactions across a wide variety of industries. Before joining Valufinder, Philip served as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at Zanett Securities, a private investment company, where he specialized in the origination, structure, and private placement of equity in public companies. Prior to that, he was responsible for investment decisions impacting the performance of a small private equity fund.

Philip began his career in finance at Drexel Burnham Lambert before joining Paine Webber as a derivatives strategist and later as an equity analyst. His deep understanding of financial markets and strategic investment has been a significant asset to Valufinder.

Philip holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston University, was a visiting student at Harvard University, and received an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he graduated with honors. He has achieved a CFA Level 2 and is a member of American Mensa, Ltd., underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and excellence in his field.
