Jay M. Aidikoff is the Managing Director and founder of Valufinder Group Inc., the driving force behind the successful origination and facilitation of transactions exceeding $8 billion across a broad spectrum of industries. Jay’s extensive experience and industry knowledge have enabled him to build one of the leading buy-side intermediary organizations in North America, focusing on the middle market.

With over 51 years of expertise spanning all investment climates, Jay has developed insightful and creative transaction solutions that consider the personal and economic goals of both owners and buyers/investors. His unwavering leadership has ensured that Valufinder remains sensitive and flexible to the needs of the ever-changing market, continuously creating new products and services.

Jay founded Valufinder in 1979 following his investment banking career in corporate development at Merrill Lynch, where he dealt with some of the largest private corporations in North America. He has written articles on corporate prospecting for Merrill Lynch and Deal Magazine and has participated in various panels on “best practices for creating proprietary deal flow” at ACG Intergrowth, ACG NY, and the Capital Roundtable.
