Don Ciancio brings 35 years of experience in chemical engineering and business leadership to Valufinder. He most recently served as Executive Vice President at Vantage Specialty Chemicals from 2008 to 2015. Following this role, he acted as an M&A advisor to Vantage from 2015 to 2017 before joining Valufinder in 2018.

Don has been directly involved in selling Vantage in both 2008 and 2012 and has played a crucial role in acquiring three businesses at Vantage Specialty Chemicals. Additionally, he has participated in numerous transactions as an advisor, bringing extensive M&A expertise to the table.

Don holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance and Management Policy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.
