Brian Dearing brings over three decades of diverse experience to the Valufinder team. His career began with 12 years in information technology development and product management at GE, followed by 5 years in e-commerce marketing, customer service, and international sales development at Sterling Software. Brian then served as CEO and Chairman of ARI Network Services, an IT provider for equipment dealers, for 17 years. Since 2011, he has been an independent management consultant, specializing in buyside M&A, strategy, and exit planning, joining Valufinder in 2012.

Brian has successfully closed over 30 middle-market deals across various sectors, including information technology, food service equipment, plastics, robotic integration, residential services, and specialty chemicals. He holds a Masters in Industrial Administration from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management (summa cum laude) and a BA in Political Science from Union College (summa cum laude, valedictorian).
