With over 19 years of M&A experience and 20 years of experience in management optimization, organizational development, and commercial real estate, David brings a proven track record of driving business growth and has worked with top-tier organizations enhancing their operational efficiency.

David has held senior roles at premier real estate organizations, including Managing Director at CB Richard Ellis, Manager of Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield, Senior Director at Mack-Cali Realty, and Northeast Regional Senior Property Manager of Hines Interests where he managed the integration of operations for 9.7 million sq. ft. of new developments with total asset value exceeding $800 million.

David holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Brooks Institute, a CPM with the Institute of Real Estate Management, and an RPA with the Building Owners & Managers Association.
