Andy W. Schafer is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Valufinder Group, where he leads efforts to source new clients and expand strategic relationships across a broad range of industries, with depth in private equity. Prior to joining Valufinder, Andy spent seven years at McDermott Will & Schulte, where he lead a team responsible for generating new business and cultivating relationships with executives, investors, and bankers across the firm’s Healthcare, Renewable Energy, Fintech, EdTech, and Private Equity practices. Earlier in his career, Andy held business development and operations roles at Gartner and CEB, where he supported enterprise sales teams and business development functions during a period of significant organizational growth.

Andy holds a B.A. in International Affairs and Political Science, with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies, from the University of New Hampshire, and completed an intensive Arabic language program at the University of Jordan in Amman. He has completed the Private Equity Certificate Program through Wharton Online.
